freepeople.com is having a sale on the original 1460 docs. i think those are the 8-eye? only in navy though, and not in all sizes.

i ordered a pair last night.

They are a floral print and are cracked leather. I took a detail pic of them, click the image above for the closeup

lovely. I used to own a pair, but I lost them sometime after I graduated high school..

Inaya - I don't really like Docs but those are gorgeous.. The flower print really removes a bit of the 'harsh' look of them and softens them up and they're amazing! really great buy.. you have to show them in an outfit too <3

these are the first pair of docs I have bought since highschool! I still have my old ones, one black 8-eye pair, one maroon laceup ankle pair and a pair of black maryjane style ones. they are all still holding up great and they look better as time has gone on

i love these but there's no chance i'd pull them off. i'm too short and petite, it'd be like a little kid playing dress up. when i was about 5 years old i had bright blue marbled effect DMs. oh lord.

I recently bought a leopard print pair.
I adore them as they are not your usual leopard print, quite hard to describe and I know they wont be everyones cup of tea.
Will experiment a bit more and possibly post pics.
