Doc Martens revival

hi all, a question: I have been trying to track down a pair of pointed-toe 8 eye boots (such as this one below), but they seem to be defunct in uk 7. does anyone have an idea where i can find one in the states? (uk sells but shipping is 25 pounds!)

BUT can't decide which color to keep (I bought both). I fear the white are a little go-go looking. Help me decide. I wish the wing was just black on the black pair, and not colored-that would make my choice much easier.

yes i have a pair of 8 eye ones for while and before it became a 'trend' that it still looks brand new but i hardly wear them cause i have no idea what to wear them without being too hipster and i never wear it in winter cause i wear black alot so yeah.

and the last time i wore it was with a lbd

I think Docs may be one of my next purchases. Ive been wanting them for a while, and I dont think mother will buy them for me, so Ill just use graduation money.

Im still trying to decide on a pair of 1460s. But theres also a pair on ebay that Im thinking about.
For you, ebays the way I would go about. Some of them on there are really cheap, which is great if your not sure.

^ In what way? A few pages back there's some designers who've messed about with them, adding studs etc. I also liked the Docs Felder Felder did last year.

not a typical online clothing store, but they have the basics almost every time
