I do not understand people who don't know her say stuff like that. When you see someone walk, you can't see if someone is unfriendly or not. People can have a bad mood or look from the outside arrogant. I've heared people saying about me that I'm arrogant, when they see me at first but after talking to someone they can tell I'm not (to most of them). And I have friends I though were really arrogant in the beginning but when you start talking to them I've changed my mind. A lot of people do not realize that known people don't know you, although you think to know them, so it's not that strange if they don't talk to you right away.. I'm not saying Doutzen is the cutest person in the world cause I don't know, but you can't judge from what you've heared or what you see.

Stop acting like you don't want to know about her privacy. You want to know who's she's dating, who meet her in real, but when it's time to know something she did wrong, oups! Suddendly you don't care about it. I think it's a bit hypocrite!
