On another note, I re-watched the interview with her and though I don't speak Dutch, I must say, she speaks beautifully! Her voice is lovely and she doesn't sound hurried at all

Uh, I really don't understand how the term "dumb blonde" is racist . Anyways, I didn't mean to imply that Doutzen herself was below normal intelligence; I meant to say that she LOOKS dumb, at least on a superficial level. Yes, it's a harsh sentiment, but I can't help the way that I feel. She's really pretty (especially her eyes) , but not smart-looking in the slightest. And to the person who said Anja Rubick was more "common-looking", I highly disagree. She's got much more grace, class and intelligence in her face than Doutzen, imo.

Given that - naturally at least - blondes are generally north / central European, it seems to me to be a slur on their ethnicity (in a broad sense) to be called "dumb" given the colour of their hair But I'm sure you didn't mean it like that - I just happen to think that the term has an offensive undercurrent to it
