I'd love to start body brushing, but I tried to do it with a regular IKEA brush, and found it really harsh. Maybe it was too hard for my skin? I'm planning on paying a visit to The Body Shop to see if they have softer brushes that may be better for me...

And also, how are you supposed to do it? Start with the legs and go upwards, always towards the heart, as with regular scrubbing?
