Dry eyes

    Does anyone else have this problem?


    My eyes are always swollen, dry, red, and they burn. Even when I get a perfect 8-9 hours of sleep.




    I have no idea why this happens. Any ideas/help?

    do you drink water enough per day? are you many hours at the computer or at the TV?

    I drink tons of water. And yes I use the computer a lot. But I don't think it has to do with that because they start to feel uncomfortable right after I wake up..

    you could go & see a eyes specialist. you always had that problem or it's recent?

    I've had it for as long as I can remember, it was worse when I wore contacts but still bad even though I wear glasses now.

    I had the same problem a couple of years ago, because I have sensitive eyes, maybe you do too? I went over to the red & white mascara from Loreal (goes off in just hot water : means I didn't need to use makeup remover) and mineral make up (Everyday minerals ftw) Now all the problems are gone !

    Hmm well I don't wear eye makeup. I'm thinking it may be due to a dust allergy...not sure how much I can do about that..

    Oh, then I don't know. Many get issues like that in the spring, so that may be the reason.

    Yeah but it's a year-round problem for me :( Oh well..

    Yeah, I'm going to, but every time I've mentioned it to him he kind of waves it off and doesn't offer advice..annoying.


    I deep-cleaned my room today, removed all traces of dust. Hopefully this helps!
