Salieu slays!! So glad Dean and Dan could get past that mess last season. Love the cast. I see Salieu Jalloh, David Agbodji....

LOVE this. The set and lighting remind me a bit of that Longchamp campaign with Kate & Daria.

It's great that they kept the black cast like in the show. David looks gorgeous, as per usual.

This is everything, love it! Looks like Nate Gill in the first image and the first (left) in the group picture.

What a nice campaign. I especially love the first group shot in three's. They look like hot World War II veterans.

I like it but this looks like something made for Givenchy. I still like it. Great cast and the lighting is really nice.

A little preppy, a little gangster: the season of jazz is coming with the 2014 fall/winter Dsquared2 collection. The obsessive attention that Dean and Dan Caten give to the details of the shape and a more relaxed fit, in a perfect Forties style, are the collection’s main features, faithfully told through Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott’s pictures for the new ad campaign.

A season that marks a very important moment in the brand’s history, as it is coming in contact with a formalwear that, despite continuing the ironic and modern verve that characterizes Dsquared2’s creations, makes elegant sartorial cuts of the early past century available for the modern man. Each fit bares the name of a city and has been thought out, now and again, for a specific type of man.

“It all started with the fit of the Napoli jacket,” explain Dean and Dan Caten. “That double-breasted jacket was so beautiful, super jazzy, it reminded us how our father used to dress in the Forties; and so we started asking ourselves: what does this man do? Where does he go? He is in a club, he’s a musician. And that’s where it all started.”
