Arghh... I don't know who these people are, and why they design in the first place, but here it is in any case...

I guess this one really does it for me, the rest is on men.style.com

Faust ,

The long coat and the plaid trousers are pretty cool though.

hey, I'm wearing that last look right now......

seriously though, last season was way cool compared to this. At least it was adventurous. I am bothered by the cropped pants with Docs and the rest looks very average. They could have at least styled it better. I'll check out the rest to see if they did something better.

I don't like the trousers, to be honest. The coat is all right, but it's just so generic, I don't think it should be presented on the runway :flower: .

no....you know...V Westwood showed that same look of union suit on the runway for f/w04....
I just looked at the collection as a whole, and I must agree with you Faust. Not really much happening there, at all. I know that there are subtle details on the shirts but blk shirt with flat front (agreed to ill fitting) black pants is so mehh....as is white shirt (looked like it had a little gold detailing at the seams) with khaki pants. Not really runway looks. The one piece I would buy is the tartan jkt with beading...but I'd pick up a tartan from one of my other favs this season

I'm curious where this is sold and the price point. It seems very Co-op to me.

That's one crazy thing I can't figure out about barneys, they have Dickie Brown on the 3rd floor with main designer collections, and they have Junya Watanabe in the Co-op

Really? I've never understood why Junya and Comme were on the 5th floor.

CDG H+ is on the 3rd, CDG shirt (which I technically can understand) and JW are on 5th.

So what's the deal with Barney's and their co-op situation. Explain that to me please.

Co-op is a contemporary wear dept of Barneys, lower priced "younger" designers, diffusion lines, and jeans.

O-kay, but far from original, some pieces have copycat written all over it!
