Though she was born in Italy and has some Italian relatives (I think ?) , she has the Spanish nationality and was raised there , she's the grand daughter of the infamous couple of the toreador Dominguin and the actress Lucia Bosé, and the niece of Miguel Bosé (I think?).

God I had forgotten that Lucia Bosé was Italian. She's a great actress (she's Eleonora's role model actually).I think they do look like each others.
