It's quite similar to what Valli is doing, but much more grown up and respectful of the woman wearing it.

I think so. There's a jump in quality in his work if you compare his work pre-lockdown and his work from his return in January. It's less overtly trendy and is more substantive. It reminds me of the collection that made me fall in love with him in the first place (Spring 2013). The casting was okay, decent walks, but no presence.

Except for the Tie and die from green to white shirt and pant look, I’m not convinced.
For me it’s definitely weaker than his previous seasons, less glamorous and maybe too close to Giambattista Valli to be good.
I hope this ain’t the new direction Mr Saab is going because Zuhair Murad is right in the corner ready to snatch his whole vibe away.
