"This is a first: the young model Joly-Ann Laporte, a native of Quebec, will represent Canada in international competition who introduced Cindy Crawford, Stephanie Seymour and Gisele Bundchen, among others.

The beautiful 5'10" Laporte will fly on November 15 to China for intensive training of Top Model for two weeks with 60 other candidates. Agenda: shootings, fittings, makeup, hair and advice from professionals.
