She's wearing Cynthia Hayashi, the winner of Brazil's Project Runway, which is called "Projeto Fashion".
They had everything to make a flawless cover: a beautiful model, nice styling, cool hair and make up BUT they had to mess things up and put this huge amount of text The image is still very striking, though. I love the red background.

^That's an odd and cheap way to execute the mermaid-concept for an editorial but for some reason it works. It's very striking even if Martha looks like she's in pain in some of them (but maybe mermaids are in pain when being washed ashore, haha).

The cover is stunning in HQ Everything about it is just HOT.
