Agreed. The cover is obviously trying to be fun and girly, but she's ruining it. She's the same way in the films I've seen her in, too. She seems to like playing characters who've no joy. Maybe it's her trademark? I dunno, but it's not working for this cover.

Wonder what the cover will look like on the stands. It looks like someone's been playing with the contrast feature at Elle.
It's very similar to her Elle Ukraine cover, just recently posted in Elle Worldwide - also wearing Prada.
