On her twitter she mentioned it was Ludacris performing, and they've been friends for a few years ever since they did the YouthAIDS campaign.

plus here are a few more Dare stills from Dare's Facebook page

You can also watch a few short clips of the movie here

ehhhhh...there's just a little too much going on with that dress. something just isn't right. her hair and makeup are great though.

I don't think the color of the dress or makeup really flatters her skintone. She sort of looks tired and sallow to me.

Really excited for Dare, though!

Love it! Does anyone know if she has a stylist?
According to Emmy she doesn't have a regular stylist because she likes to cultivate relationships with designers directly. She has admitted to hiring a stylist if she has to be at an important event and she's too busy to put a look together on her own. She speaks a little about her style philosophy in this interview:

"I learned primarily by watching the makeup and hair stylists on the movie sets work on me and on the other actresses in the movies. I read lots of fashion magazines as a child and even considered growing up to be a fashion designer. I went to school off Madison Avenue in NYC so I could look in the windows walking home and even go in the shops and see the great designs as they came out."

"I stay true to what looks good on me. I usually opt for solid colors and a pretty structure rather than too much pattern or fuss as I think it takes away from the person and becomes all about the outfit. You should wear the dress, it shouldnt wear you. Find your best features and try to stick with styles that expose and flatter those features. I get my fashion inspiration from reading the fashion magazines and from shopping and looking at the different styles that are out there. I think my fashion sense also is very modern, inspired by modern art (usually "Less in More"). I like Dior, Ralph Lauren, Chanel, Phillip Lim, Peter Som, Badgely Mischka, and Versace. I like Catherine Malandrino and Zac Posen. I could go on and on. There are lots of great designers and you just have to find the dresses or outfits that suit and flatter your body style and coloring."

That's quite interesting, thanks lostgirl! She sounds pretty fashion-forward.

I like her fashion philosophy - classic pieces... nothing too fussy.

Emmy's fashion philosophy is pretty much the same as mine. Go with what you like and what looks good on you.

I think I've seen a photo of Emmy with that lady before. Perhaps it's her mom?

I luuuurve her boots! Poor girl looks somewhat distressed... well, it looks earlyish in the morning and she's without makeup (I think)... I'd be peeved, too!

Emmy Rossum Shares Her Style Secrets
OK! Magazine October 24, 2009

Emmy Rossum might be a young face in Hollywood, but she’s already showing off her classy sense of stle. OK! chatted with the actress on Thursday at the Fashion Group International’s Night Of Stars at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC, where the fashionista shared some of her style secrets and the sources of inspiration that help her shine.

Emmy admits that while she may be a style inspiration for many, she has her own icons as well.
“I really admire people who are modern and take chances, like Tilda Swinton,” she reveals to
OK!. “I love Cate Blanchett. I think Sienna Miller has great style and she can pull it off.”

While she admires these celebrities for the fashion sense, she finds her own fashion inspiration by playing with different styles.

“It’s constantly changing. I’m influenced by a lot of costumes, and sometimes I’ll go to the museum and look at the Grecian draping,” she reveals. “It makes me feel really jazzed, and makes me want to wear something like that. That’s how I kind of feel tonight.”

Emmy went on to confess that sometimes her mood can also play a part in the clothing she selects on any given day.

“Normally, if I feel great, I’ll probably wear something short and tight, and if I don’t, I’ll probably wear something poufy, so you can’t see,” she tells
OK! with a laugh.”

Since we hardly see Emmy looking “poufy” we know she must be doing something to stay in such great shape.

“I get really bored easily of a certain exercise. Right now I’m into Bikram, which is hell. It’s 105 degrees for 90 minutes,” she said.

Sounds like torture, but the pay-off is pure gold!
