She doesn't have one. She usually goes on style.com if she can't make the fashion shows and the contacts the designers directly to see about getting an outfit. Then she usually collaborates with a makeup artist and hair stylist. However she's admitted she will use a stylist if she's working and has no time to put something together herself.
As for her red carpet style I think she gets it right more often than not. These are my favorite looks from 2013 (so far at least) Pics from EmmyRossum.net




I think Emmy is someone who has very much grown into her style. When she first hit the scene in 2004 she wore Ralph Lauren pretty exclusively and stuck to colors like pink, white, black, and red if she was feeling very daring. She's since embraced different colors, patterns, textures and prints. She's worn designers ranging from Carolina Herrera, to Zuhair Marud, to Andrew Gn, and Jenny Packham. She's still growing perhaps. But she's come a long way.
