The setting looks great, I love the graphic shapes in the back.
As for the clothes, I'm not really into that leather vest-thing but the outerwear I know I'll like.
can't wait for more pictures i wanna see everything before i pass judgment
full collection is up on gq.com, not sure how to upload them here.. anybody mind?
i really like those looks
I wasn't sure about the neons, but after looking at the outfits put together I thought heck let's have some fun. Overall I like it. It's fun, quirky, young like Emporio should be.
One piece that stood out to be was the second look in post #10, really like it.
this is amazing i love all the looks, especially the blue peacoat
and the suits of course. and i like Sean O's look, white turtleneck and
pants over black jacket. and also the twotoned ensembles, grey coats
and ties over navy pants, makes such a nice twist to the basic suit.
the jackets have great texture as well, i like the fabrics they used. but
i'm not particularly liking the neon ones
wow !!!!!!! powerfull !!!!!!! i love it !!
A lot of this is really horrible. Even taken as individual pieces. It's hard to sum up without talking through the looks individually, but it seems like any time it tries something interesting in terms of cut/pattern/whatnot, it makes the wrong choice. The neon blazer in look 17 is the only thing (aside from, maybe the stunt piece shoes) in that segment that is well executed. The fitted tops in 77/78 could be OK, but not with pants cut like that. He does a decent job with the Pierre Cardin/Jil s/s09 "inspired" zippered blazers. The rest is .
I think it's pretty great. He knows his target clients for this collection and he hits it out of the park for them.
i hate to say this as i usually wear austere colors but i actually liked the neon pallette! it's such a refreshing change. this is toooo FW for me though, and the suit in post #10 is simply irresistible.
The first part was kinda bad,too sporty for my tastes...and the second was so typical Armani, nothing really interesting to be honest
