Erika Bearman is Senior Vice President of Communications at Oscar de la Renta, where she oversees the brand's media and advertising, editorial, celebrity dressing, events and social media.

Ms. Bearman is perhaps most well known as Oscar de la Renta's social media personality, OscarPRGirl, "reporting from inside one of the world's most prestigious fashion houses." She has built a loyal following in the digital realms of Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, Tumblr and Instagram since she began tweeting under the OscarPRGirl handle in 2009. Followers on Twitter alone have jumped to more than 100,000 as of early January—increasing nearly 800 percent since September 2010, when the brand had just 12,800 followers.

Ms. Bearman joined Oscar de la Renta in 2008. She was previously Director of Public Relations for Christian Dior in New York.
