My thoughts exactly, I really feel like she should switch, DNA seems to be the place where most of the Ford girls are going.

I think she's doing absolutely good in Ford and I bet she's one of their top girls right now. She's raking those runway shows (opened multiple shows), decent campaigns and eds, and Vogue Italia cover. If she transfers to another agency, her career might get compromised. She should stay for now and consider another agency if her career trends downward.
