Andy Abraham, who I remember as being an alright singer, but somehow, he didn't do at all well. I don't think he had 'the look', he wasn't really glamorous or extravagant enough.

I remember being annoyed when the viewers voted Andy over Michelle (who had that really catchy song You Make Me Ooh Yeah!).

I find it ironic how the UK do well as soon as Terry Wogan leaves due to the show being 'too political'!

agreed. i watched eurovision in the UK last time and couldnt stand the guy and his comments.

That was the venerable Terry Wogan, who presented Eurovision in the UK for 38 years, no wonder he got tired of it.

I'm heartbroken over the bad finish for Ukraine. Did not see that coming at all. I thought for sure Top 5 at least. Europe really did not get that at all, because the Svetlana put on a great show. But I'm almost glad (in a way) because maybe that'll force the Ukrainian team to go a different direction for next year. I want a great ballad, ala Iceland this year. Only better, lol.

I now officially hate that Norway song. It's not bad. I knew it was going to win. But seriously by THAT MUCH? Yeah, no.

Happy for Iceland in Top 5. And Estonia did great too. Bosnia, underperformed, but not a bad result in the end.

I guess I'm in minority because I don't understand why Turkey ended up so high? How is that song better than Albania's or Romania? IMO, it's worse. But anyway. Glad the whole thing is over.

38 years or not he made the show watching experience more miserable then it actually was.
I was surprised Norwegian guy spoke russian so well. Is he by any chance russian?
Turkey always ends up high because theres so many turkish people in germany, uk, belgium etc.

i'm happy with the results. i don't really care about norway winning, i thought their song was alright. happy that we got second place. jóhanna, our singer, said that her personal favourite was ukraine and that she was surprised that they didn't get more votes.

Norway!!! So happy the contest is held in Scandinavia next year!!
Finland was last I didnt see that coming, even the shemale from Sweden beat us

Anyways, the beginning of the show was horrible Dima Bilan got tangled in the wires and stuff, very unsuccesfull!

I am so happy Norway won, and Iceland was second but too bad Norway beat the point record that belonged to Finland
I am so surprised that Scandinavia didnt vote for each other so much, well Finland did but I expected having more points from Norway and Sweden at least.
Hopefully the show is better next year!
