Exhibition #10 : The Family Issue by Riccardo Tisci

Some designers must solve their ego trip with therapy as soon as possible.

Oh my gosh.
Honey, you're not interesting, nor are you pretty, so please take several seats.

I don't know why everyone is so hateful! It's obviously that he did what the magazine wanted from him with the 'family' concept. I think it's cute.

It could've been a interpreted as a dreadful 'squad' thing. Now that would be atrocious!

^but does anyone care about Tisci’s family? At least his gang garners some interest.

I have no interest in Tisci or his family, but I’m more than interested in Lea T, etc.

So it is, indeed, about him and his gang, right? No actual family there.

I've come to be sick of Tisci (and Wang for that matter). I feel suffocated by his exposure, lifestyle and marketing dynamics. I can't deal with the circus around him. He is just a tiny bit less insufferable than Olivier Rousteing.

Kudos to him for managing to keep the buzz around him despite his hiatus, still, his gang was annoying at Givenchy and even more so without a big name to back his gimmicks.

Hahaha, I mean I wasn't expecting a cover cooked up by Ugly Betty, the thread title alone was insufferable.

Do people still care about him the way they did a few seasons ago? He feels as passé as those Givenchy face piercings. Fashion moves as fast as lightning. He's not been unemployed for long now, but we now have Alessandro and Demna, so maybe he he should consider staying away.

Hahhaha Perfect!!

But I think that he took advantage quite exceptionally of his non-compete agreement. Even if he wasn’t allowed to design for a fashion house, we never had the impression that he was missing. From the Nike collabs to that and Carine’s projects, he did good.

It kinda reminds me of how it was almost annoying when Tom Ford left Gucci. He was everywhere... like literally!

Back to Riccardo, his gang is not that interesting in fact. That’s the saddest thing about the whole thing.
