eyebrow color in a tube?

Where can I find eyebrow color in a tube, looks like a mascara tube and mascara brush. I bought it once and it was great. Also do you ever wonder why you can't buy eyebrows like you do false eyelashes? For people with very light or sparse eyebrows.

^ I used to use Maybelline's brow gel, which I got at the drug store. But last time I went to get my hair colored, I had him darken my brows, too, so now I don't have to worry about it!!! It's wonderful, because the gel works, but it usually wears off by the end of the day. Also, if you don't want to permanently color them, I've heard great things about Benefit's brow kit. That's at Sephora.com. They have a whole section devoted to brow enhancers. Good luck!!

That is what it was, Maybelline's brow gel, I couldn't remember the name of it. Thanks. I think coloring my brows permanently would be great but they are real sparse from the middle on out.
