Eyebrow pencil s....
Hiya - does anyone have a good recommendation for an eyebrow pencil. My absolute fav is about to run out. Am a med brown /blonde so dont want anything too dark. I'm in Asia and have just run out of a fab Shiseido (sp?) one that I've had for ages - so it needs to be something that is either intertnational or specific to Asia. (PS I cant buy the same one again as it the Shiseido range that is sold only in Japan and Im not heading that way for the next while). Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
