THERE is a new girl in town when it comes to Aussie models working in Europe.
Perth's Fabienne Vanderhaeghen, 18, is virtually unknown in Australia and struggled to get work here. But in Europe during the past six months, she has become the darling of the fashion set.
Vanderhaeghen has shot the cover for Elle in Italy and has had more than 20 magazine shoots in Germany, Denmark, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and in New York.
The Chadwick's model arrived back in Sydney on Thursday to meet one of Australia's most influential stylists, Mark Vassallo, and the meeting paid off - Vanderhaeghen scored herself a deal with Harpers Bazaar and Grazia and is now on her way to Vanuatu to shoot for Harpers Bazaar.
Definitely one to watch.

What the heck is that picture, yuck. She's such a natural beauty, but I'm rather unimpressed with her lately, including the lackluster print work.
