I heard in london and other main cities in europe and the USA there are shops u can find factory outlet clothes for less.
some were not a hit in the stores so they put them in these stores and some are out of season and some were more than what stores needed.

any sites that give this service for international customers?

Oh, you meant if they send stuff by mail? I highly doubt it. It's not like one store - it's a ton of stores with different management and different policies.
