If anyone is interested, I just found the song that is used in Alexander McQueen at the very end, just before Nina Simone's "I Put a Spell on You."

It's "Closer (Precursor)" by Nine Inch Nails, it is also used as the opening title sequence song from the 1995 movie "Se7en"
