Fantastic Man #21 S/S 2015 : Jonathan Anderson by David Sims

I would have MUCH rather seen Alfred Enoch on the cover. His ed looks the most promising in this.

It's also a shame about the cover because Anderson is actually a handsome man...Also interesting to see that not all designers are the best ambassadors for their brand(s).

Im laughing because I used to think Fantastic Man was kinda boring. I LOVE the cover and the previews of the JW editorial! I'm also a huge fan of Max Pearmain and what's going on at Arena Homme Plus so…

the jw shoot looks horrendous, the rest looks superb, and dean thomas!?

JW is sooooo handsome and this cover is perhaps the worst ever, so is the ed. But the nude one looks fantastic, I wanna see more

Now I can see some of the content I do agree they've clearly been very influenced by Arena Homme+..... Max Pearmain featured Mark Leckey's work when he 'relaunched' that magazine.... Now both of them are featured here 3 years later..... The whole nudes and masculinity thing too...

Pearmain did it!

It's only a few haters here who always wanting to hate, hate, hate on the wonderful "PEARMAIN". Best magazine in the world! I've said it before and I'll say it again :bounce:

Any sign of Arena Homme+ out there? This Fantastic Man doesn't look so contemporary and colourful and fun. It looks like a creepy copy. I'm not sure why Max Pearmain did this, but he's very cute / handsome......

Marry me Max PEARMAIN

AH+ is still a month away.

I got my copy today and can tell that Pearmain has his own editorial showing off his wardrobe. Complete nonsense. The only information from these pages is that he has no mirrors in his home, which says a lot to me... :shifty:
18 pages of nude section with 14 pages of nude man in the end of the magazine. An editorial with a guy from Glasgow who dress as a women for his shows. Else, Andres Velencoso wearing womens style make-up for a nonsense editorial. There is also a shift in the style of the editorials from a bit safe (for some: boring) to a peackockish/true british biannual style.
Completely aimed at gay people. There is nothing wrong with it obviously, but I think there are enough of these magazines already. Fantastic Man was one of the "last man standing" on the newsstands. Now only Port magazine is the only (Esquire's Big Black Book doesn't count).

Have you guys seen the new issue of Port with Josh Brolin?

Feel sorry for Fantastic Man.
