I think it must have to do with the movies she does (Resident Evil and other science fiction ones), they probably don't think the ideal Vogue reader would actually watch those in the first place so there would be no point to promote them. However, the Three Musketeers is coming out next year around this time, so maybe she'll get a cover then.
