Fashion that represents objects

Wow.. I love that tie skirt.. and those level earrings...

Ooot! I think I need an underpants coin purse. Those are so stinking adorable.

I like the face-shirt, too. Kind of surrealistic. I'd have moved the eyeballs inward a bit, though. It looks like it is observing her armpits.

I really like your sense of style as you like it! :P
I have a feeling you and I have very similar tastes in clothing and accessories!

So do I!

I love teh hersheys kiss dress and the skirt made out of ties. Me and my friends are always trying to come up with something to do with our varsity letters, maybe we'll try making a skirt.

These Moschino shoes are the greatest! I am craving candy just from looking at them...

ARGH! I just wrote a really long post and the computer ate it because tfs logged me out. The gist of it was this:

purple, I am now convinced that we are actually long-lost sisters. I was seriously in shock when I saw this thread because it's just so...me!

I make accessories out of random things all the time and I love them. I actually almost made a tie skirt before I saw it in a store or picture, but I didn't have enough (nice) ties. Mine would have been cooler than this one, though. :P I like the idea better than this example. I also made a change purse made of a baby shoe.

I saw the coolest boot purses by some designer last fall, but I've no idea where to find a picture. They were truly awesome.

My favorite things posted so far: the leveler earrings, the brief cases, the paper dresses, the face shirt, and the recycled juice box purses (where did you find those, purple?)

AYLI, I used to make earrings out of those plastic-covered paperclips all the time when I was little! Not the way you used them though. I like your idea. I used them as hooks, put on beads, and give them to my mom and her friends as earrings. They were actually kind of cool-looking, but not practical. I used to wonder why so few of the people I gave them to would actually wear them... I was obsessed with earrings because I didn't have pierced ears. ^_^

Ohhh... I have a good one!

My aunt gave me this purse that had a clock in it-
a BIG clock (naybe 12 inches square)
and black patent leather around it!

It was funny, but the clock took up so much space, there was not much room for your stuff...
and the ticking sound was kinda annoying...
I think I re-gifted it! (don't tell my aunt!)
