Fav & least fav ss06 Haute Couture shows

Fav - Christian Dior. Galliano's show was orgasmic!

Least Fav - Givenchy. Nothing in the show appealed to me. Reminds me of a simple r-t-w line.

Givenchy was my favourite and Dior was my least.

and my least favourite, and I'm sure I'll get a lot of OMGWTFers, Chanel. It's the same thing every year and its boring and dowdy.

Fave: Gaultier (Saab comes close to #2 and Givenchy with presentation. Whoever thought of hiring Tisci for the brand should be paid millions).

Givenchy was my favourite; even the red sequinned gown felt demure.....
Lacroix is usually not one of my favourites, he surprised me this time. It felt more controlled and wearable than his past collections.
The rest of the collections I saw- Chanel, Dior, Valentino and Saab were what I expected. If you loved them before, you probably still will; but if you never liked them, none of those collections will change your mind.
Gaultier was good, but a let-down compared to S/S 06. To be fair, that was a tough act to follow.
