The racoons
Teenage Muntant Turtles
Hammy Hamsters Tales from the riverbank
Sesame Street
Rainbow
Postman Pat
The Moomins
The chipmunks

Just random ones off the top of my head yes a child i was just plonked in front of the tv.

The Moomins, Ducktales and those Disney morning programmes. Also I used to watch Dynasty when I was like 3-4 and act like I'm old!

I used to do that with the clueless tv seris. I also used to watch ab fab and think it was really grown up.

Haha, I used to watch and attempt Mickey Mouse's workout on the Disney channel when I was about four...

Button Moon!!! I LOVED this series.
Wind in the Willows (Cosgrove Hall stop motion version)

Jem
Puddle Lane
Anne of Green Gables the series with Megan Follows.

Magical Princess Gigi aka Minky MoMo
Cockleshell Bay
Sesame Street - mainly for Ernie's Twiddlebugs (what happened to them?) and Cookiemonster.
My Little Pony
The Wuzzles!
Care Bears
Gummi Bears
The Mouse and the Motorcycle
Fraggle Rock!

Rainbow Brite
Visionaries
Snorks
Berenstein Bears

She-Ra/He Man
Transformers
The Smurfs
GI Joe
The Smoggies
Teddy Ruxpin
Faerie Tale Theatre with Shelly Duval (I esp loved the Frog Prince and the 12 Dancing Princesses)
Jim Henson's The Storyteller
The Borrowers (BBC version with Ian Holm - so much better than the hollywood movie )
Trapdoor
Stoppit and Tidyup
The Herbs
The Shoe People
Funhouse

Under the umbrella tree
Rainbow
Gumby - the plasticine man
The Muppet show & Muppet babies
Square One TV

The Elephant Show
Eureka's Castle
Dumbo's Circus

So many more I can't remember. Basically anything BBC or stop motion animation/live action I would watch.
Good times. :D
I really pity the kids nowadays that have to watch the paltry fare on tv like powerpuff girls and whatnot. We had it good then imho. When and if I ever have kids I'm so gonna get all these old tapes for them.

at various ages:
My Little Pony
Rainbow Brite
Care Bears
Fairy Tale Theater w/ Shelly Duvall
Mr. Rodger's Neighborhood
Hey Dude
Saved By the Bell
Clarissa Explains It All
Are You Afraid of the Dark
TGIF line-up
I never watched sesame street b/c I was afraid of snuffalofogous (sp?)

Sesame Street (even though Cookie Monster gave me nightmares)
Mr Roger's Neighborhood
Reading Rainbow
Thomas & Friends (the train car one)
Batman/Batman Beyond
Superman
Gumby

of american shows, i liked:
duck tales
looney toons
rescue rangers
barney (first time i am admitting to this)
the muppets

Yeah me too! Although the jokes would go over my head
I loved watching Live and kicking (in the good old Zoe Ball and Jamie Theakston days),
Bugs Bunny
Sesame Street
And I loved Saved by the bell,i thought the characters were so cool

I watched all that 80s stuff
Fraggle Rock
Gummi Bears
My Little Pony
Care Bears
Strawberry Shortcake
Jem
She-ra
Muppet Babies
Gumby

I watched Disney channel in my preteen years:
Kids Incorporated
Mickey Mouse Club

I watched all those nickelodeon shows too (until I was about 16)
Ren and Stimpy
Salute Your Shorts
AreYou Afraid of the Dark?

Then I became an adult, but I still catch the occassional Saved by the Bell episode

She-Ra/He Man

omg this reminds me of this man that used to live by me and he was a transvestite and all the local boys i my class used to call him she - he man a mixture of the both programes and when they walked past him theyd sing the theme tune. God kids r so mean at times.

Also i watched clarissa explains it all the other day omfg the clothes r so so so bad

The Monkees (I had a big crush on Mike...)
Under the Umbrella Tree
Darkwing Duck
Alice in Wonderland (a series that used to be on Disney)
Tail Spin
Carebears
Inspector Gadget
Quantum Leap (watched w/ my mom)
Brady Bunch

I can't remember what I watched as a little, little kid  I guess we didn't watch much...

Anyhow, some of my faves as a somewhat older kid:

Wonder Woman w/ Lynda Carter
Little House on the Prairie
Anne of Green Gables series w/ Megan Follows (I think this is a popular one)
Highway to Heaven
Murder She Wrote
Bewitched
I Dream of Jeannie
The Monkees
Andy Griffith
