Lyon - Milan ended in a scoreless draw. I was terrified, Milan looked lacklustre and Lyon had plenty of chances that just were not converted. Hopefully, Milan will be back in their element in the return leg back home at the San Siro.

Inter-Villareal produced a 2-1 scoreline. Adriano & Martins scored crucial away goals for Inter. Forlan scored the lone goal for Villareal.

I'm upset at the rumours that Sheva may be signing for Chelsea even though he has apparently denied it, but in the footballing world you just never know.

Also note that Arsenal beat Real without one of their best young players, Robin Van Persie who has been out with injury ... but I've found some good news from www.arsenal.com ...

RVP doesn't really fit into Arsenal's Champions League formation atm and he isn't really match fit so I don't think he will start in the upcoming european fixtures. He might sub for 10-20 minutes though.

yeah stersie I know, we will be bitter rivals! Nah actually i'm not a big fan of Barcelona (arsenal has my whole football heart ) so I actually don't care that much who wins, I might even support Real though i prefer the way of football Barça plays and my friends will kill me if I support Real but who cares!? I'll have to decide until tonight when I watch the match, it's a must

Yeah I agree on that... He's a really good player but we've played without him against Juventus as well except like for the last 10 minutes or something and to be honest he could have really stayed on the bench.. O´kay 10 minutes isn't a lot of time but you could see he's playing better in the premiership if he only comes on the pitch for a few minutes...Though I would give him a chance in Juve if we desperately need a last-minute goalB) , I think he would be quite good for that...



Oh it would really suck if Sheva's coming to Chelsea as well...I hate it how they get all the good players with their money ...I hope he stays in Milan..I would say he's my fave player but i'm really suck of all the good players coming to Chelski..I mean just have a look at how much money they spent on their current squad: They've spend 300 Mio Pounds while Arsenal have only spend 43 Mio Pounds ...

Okay their success proves them right but at least we are still in the Champions League

Yeah it might be better though I think we need to do everything to win this game as well but on the other side our players have to be fit on wednesday as well, you never know what to expect from Juventus...So we need to do everything to get fourth in the league though it'll be very hard Hope we win today...so GO GUNNERS!!!!

I think we can do it. The other teams have some really hard fixtures coming up so hopefully they can drop some points along the way.

Bolton - mancs, pool, chelsea, spurs
Blackburn - pool, chelsea
Spurs - magpies, mancs, us, bolton

We have mancs as well though and the spurs not to mention all the european fixtures.

yeah I do believe we can make it if we go on playing like in the last weeks when we beat Real, Juventus and Liverpool but the last thing we would need now are Injuries so that we'll have another crisis ...We definitely need to get fourth and/or win the Champions League so our King Thierry stays The worst thing that could happen to us is that he leaves..we really need him but i guess I can only pray...so GO GUNNERS!
