I really like Sarah Polley. She's a Canadian actress/director, but I'm not sure how well known she is outside the US and Canada. Her style is pretty laid back, and un-hollywood, which I like:

If it's a small pic you can copy and paste (right click on the pics and click copy then right click on the 'reply to thread' area and right click paste) and credit your source. If the pic are bigger than you can post them as attechments. Right click on the pic and choose "save picture as" then go to the reply place, and click "manage attachements" on the bottom. Select your attachements and hit "reply" and the pics will be posted.
