I think this thread is more about the style of unknow celebs then them just being famous in your country.

My favorite is Els Pynoo from the Belgium band Vive la Fete. Karl Lagerfeld is also a fan of them. They played at one of the Chanel fashion shows some years ago. The pictures are from the Vive la Fete website: www.vivelafete.net
