Fendi Bags @ Ashford.com

I would like to buy a Fendi zucca hobo and have checked Neiman-Marcus and the Fendi boutique in the city I live in. I recently checked Ashford.com and their prices are about 1/2 of the high end retailers. My question is, are the bags on their website legit or are they knock-offs of the real items.
I have no problem paying the price at the retailers, but why if there is so much difference at Ashford.
Could one of you kind people please enlighten me?

I bought a prada bag last week from Ashford.com and I do believe it's fake...The trims of it should've been leather but they don't look or smell like leather..The trims also have tiny spots of glue..I went to neiman marcus yesterday, hopefully to find the same one so I can compare..I didn't find it but I noticed that the hardware on those was bright and shiny not like mine, DULL..I'm returning it.
