Thanks for asking. I called last week to check on it, since no one had called me. After some phone tag, an SA at NM verified they had received it, and had shipped it to the Fendi/NM (I forget ... ?) repair center.

They also said I would get it back by the end of November ........

It's mid-December and I still don't have my bag back! I'm losing my patience with NM ... the bag better be like brand new!

Its been a year for me and I still dont have the spy either....I am loosing my mind. I make it my priority to go to fendi just to touch and sniff the spy bags on display....lol

I remember that I hated the spy bag before, but I saw a girl in Copenhagen with a black one, and it looks so good in real life! I don't like the ones with prints and stuff all over, but the black one and python is perfect <3

So, I finally FINALLY got my spy from the NM fendi repair. The handle is back on, and pretty secure. The leather was refurbished, but I can't really tell. I'll try to post some pics; maybe this weekend. I'm just so happy to have her back ... what an awesome bag.

Has anyone seen the new blue, white & natural Spys on the NM web site....

How do they repair the wear on the leather where the color rubs off? Its normal wear around the edges.

I don't want to make my spy look worse. I talked to the Fendi where I bought it and she said it cost $ to refurb. If its under a year its free.

I sent my Mulberry off for water stains and wasn't really happy how they did it. They darkened the whole bag to make it blend.
