Greendrv-yeah I the shopping bag if I ask. If you order from neimans.com etc yo uget a box if like its the first time shipped out. If ppl return they usually keep the box. I have really nice Gucci boxes, Marc Jacobs box, Vuitton box. My Prada lady ships with it if I ask but I don't like them...they aren't nice. Same with YSL.

I didn't get a box for the petrol Spy, nor the green.
And I prefer the honey over the black, if I were to get another Spy it would def. be a honey.

It's a super fake! I warned someone else about this bag, and I guess this seller is now modifying her auctions to hide the dead giveaways. The serial number on the hologram tag has the wrong format (not enough numbers, and no letters) but she no longer shows that in the auction pics!!! , the font on the leather tag is wrong (the Q is a dead giveaway: the tail is too long and the wrong shape), and the grain of the leather is wrong in the closeup.

guccigal, if you are still going to get a Chocolate Spy, about 2 weeks ago, Bloomingdale's in King of Prussia, PA had 2 chocolate Spys with gorgeous texture!

I've never received a FENDI box either. Every purchase I've made with FENDI NYC has come in a plain brown box, but has come with a large yellow Fendi shopping bag. The only high end designers that I know for sure have boxes are Hermes, Louis Vuitton, and Chanel.

Balenciaga has a white box but those I've received from Barneys don't come in the designers box.

NBF has a very good looking honey Spy right now. I don't know if this one is authentic or not, it looks a bit darker than NBF's photo of theirs but it also looks darker than my honey Spy. Wasn't the last Spy some pages back the "petrol" that was advertised as "pre-owned"? I think people are using that misnomer to sell some knock-offs.

Well ladies, I have a honey spy winging it's way to me as I type!
It should arrive tomorrow but I am really nervous now in case this one has any 'flaws.' I've already had lots of hassle in the past with my paddington bags (scratched hardware, etc) and I'm worried that the leather on my spy might be a bit 'off' or something. Stupid I know, but thats me!

Also, it cost £30.00 more than the black one?! the honey one is £1150.00.

The SA said that she cannot send it in a Fendi box because they don't do boxes big enough to fit the spy. A bit odd I thought.

I shall hopefully be able to report on a beautiful flawless spy tomorrow afternoon and also post some pics.

^I don't think you can special order them anymore, but don't take my word for it. My mother has one, and it's gorgeous. I know greendrv has one with really amazing texture, there are some pics in this thread but I'm not exactly sure what page.
