Anorexy
"Unfortunately, it had to happen a problem (model Ana Carolina Reston's death) to alert people. We suffer too much pressure. If your modeling agency tells you to loose weight, some girls spend days eating only pineapples. I'd done some crazy diets in the past, like only drinking milk. Once, I took the wrong amount of natural laxative and trhrew up. But those crazy things would only happen when my mom wasn't around. I never thought of putting my finger down my throat and vomit, though. I hope this skeleton woman trend goes away for good."

Voracity
"Sweets are my sin. So I avoid it at home. Gisele (Bundchen)'s kicthen is full of candy. Once she came to visit me at home and complained: "Tavares, when you go to my place there're always a lot of food. But there's nothing here!" I had to buy chocolate chips."

Vanity
“At the age of 17, I was already using cosmetics to prevent wrinkles. People thought I was crazy, but I wanted to prevent it. Nowadays, I can’t picture myself in the future with botox, changing my nose or anything else. Wrinkles are marks of your life path.”

Imperfections.
"Since I've been criticised for my cellulites, I never did a bikini show again in Brazil. I still have them, or do you think that no more cellulites have showed up? It obviously have, but I'm not gonna show it. There is no such thing as a perfect woman. Except Barbie, only she's made of plastic."

“I’ve always admired Angelica, Xuxa and Mara Maravilha (Brazilian TV show hosters), so when I was invited by Mtv to host a show, I said why not? The show was fun, young, pleasurable. I learned a lot about the cameras.”

Cinema
“I´ve just participed of the movie Gomes Versus Tavares, a policial comedy. But I don’t have plans to move to Hollywood or something. Brazil is where my home is.”

Good interview and such a cool girl.
At least she recognizes some of the pressures of the industry and addresses them in an intelligent way.
And who cares about cellulite? She has easily one of the best bodies around.

that cellulite incident was quite some years ago and VS certainly did hire her still in their shows
