A few of them sometimes work for Mixte from time to time like Kenneth Cappello (aslo worked for Vogue Russia) or Jenny Gage and Tom Betterton (not sure about them for Mixte but I've definitely seen their work in some magazines). I also know John Lindquist even I'm not that familiar with his work. Ditto about Jem Mitchell, I remember some pictures in models books, not much though. As for the stylists, I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to this part of the editorials but I remember reading Natalie Brewster in a few credits lately...
