Isn't she the girl that kinda got "famous" on this Style Diary website a year or so ago? I think the account name was named after this girl Fleur with her bestfriend Esmee (sp?) and they were 15 then, both from Holland. This girl kinda looks like her. Or am I thinking of someone different?
