Yeah I remember this. It was fussed over back in '97 or '98...I was in elementary school. I read Vogue as a kid.

I really adore this look - but do you think that a strong lip is too much for a fifteen year old in a sea of high school students wearing either nothing on their lips or just a little gloss?

I was wearing my mum's red lipstick by the time I was five.

i like those look.but i cant go out without my brown or black eyeliner so i cant use this kind of make up i think but it looks great on models

I love this trend!!!! I've always loved red lipsticks especially and the ones from Dries Van Noten and Moschino are fantastic.

not really a fan of this either, the bluemarine darker lips appeal more to me than the synthetic pinks. the minimal eye make-up is definitely hot though, eyeshadow really dominates the face and most women can't pull it off imo.

I always wear this look , I have small eyes so I can't wear eye liner it makes them look smaller and I've not worn eyeshadow for about two years now. I used to wear red lipstick all the time , then I moved to pink , then beige..now pink again haha.
