^ I'm a little surprised she didn't do more shows...

Frida will get better as she gets older. You can tell she has one of those faces that as they get older, they develop very well. She is obviously very young and isn't even 18 yet, so I would give her time.

Well, atleast the height combined with the brunette invasion explains most of the lack of bookings this season. Still, we shouldn't forget that she's not one of those girls who only books Chanel. Despite her height, she has done A-list shows like Prada, Louis Vuitton, Loewe, Fendi, etc, so there's still potensial, if she is managed correctly.

With Women snatching her up in all 3 cities, there's no doubt in my mind that they are carving out a nice strategy for her, so that she will make the most of her unique face and amazing body. Everyone knows that she could become a commercial money girl like Marloes Horst (or even Barbara Palvin or Emily DiDonato) without a problem, but it would be nice to see Women continue to build on her high fashion bookings and make her a crossover girl (high fashion/commercial).

I guess the next 6 - 12 months will show if her weak performance during fashion week was just a "slip" and she will claim her place where she belongs or if she fades out (God forbid).

Frida is on the cover of the new Madame Figaro for a special Marc Jacobs feature.

^lovely thanks. About the fashion weeks- I hope it`s not a slip and she claim her place in fashion:blush:

Do you think her baby-doll look may work against her in some ways? I mean many high fashion girls have an angular, haughty sort of look about them; Frida looks more like the bombshell that every guy lusts after, almost more of the Playmate sort of look...

For me her look and appeal lies somewhere between Doutzen and Lindsey/Daphne rather than Marloes, Barbara etc. She's a lot more interesting than that. Her look is actually quite extreme in a way, which is why I wouldn't classify her as a basic beautiful commercial girl like them. Hopefully there are big things to come in the future because she really is special imo.

Google 'Barbara Snellenberg' (sometimes calles 'Barbara SnellenbUrg'), a Dutch thirtysomething model working already two decades, and you'll know what Frida will look like in the future...

(Yeah, I know, I've mentioned her before.)

^ wow they are indeed look alike, Barbara is also such a pretty woman, a bit more conventional than Frida.
