Yep, that could mean;

- That she hasn't booked anything at all (we know from last season in Milan that runway isn't her strongpoint)
- That she has only been offered smaller shows and her agents have turned them down to try to save her reputation
- Or that she got confirmation on something special on a later time and cancelled other bookings.

I think Marc Jacobs is most likely. I also can't believe she hasn't been booked for a single show so far, even though the competition in NY is tense this season

I think her season is going pretty well. We shouldn't put too much weight on runway bookings because she (and other girls) have proven to generate editorial and advertisement visibility without having their feed bleed and ankles sprained. And if you ask me, print is everything that matters after all. Plus, she's a young doll-beauty which sort of is the anti-aesthetic of the moment.
