There's not that much of a difference between Jac and Frida! So it's not necessary, to stand on toes or jump(haha), in my opinion

Frida is quite a bit taller than Jac. Jac is 5'10" and we all know that Frida is well over 6' (but her comp card says 5'11). She looks about the same as Karlie who is 6'2"

I believe that Monika is around 5'11 actually. And Frida is 6'1 just like Karlie unless the latter one had a growth spurt...again.
