Why is this guy always somehow forgotten every season?! I think he is incredibly talented and this collection proves it. Its very clean and effortless yet interesting. I wish more attention would be given to him in the future. I really love what he does especially in menswear.

i dunno,i think it's because gaspard has sort of shunned the traditional schedule clogging format of showing,thus his presentations often get ignored. to be honest with you most of the smaller designers and labels are suffering from fashion narrow-mindedness,which has steadily come to the fore in recent years. nobody cares about trekking to smaller venues anymore to see these collections and because of that many young talents have chosen to forego showing altogether,even those who were able to do it on a low budget,guerilla-style,instead opting to just show at a showroom.

it does have an element of old VB...
and that is definitely a good thing in my book...
i like the mix of volume, tailoring and draping...

though it's a bit difficult to get past the styling and see the actual clothes......
