I want her to walk in a show that doesn't have unflattering make up or hair. I want to see what she looks like when her hair is groomed and she has nice make up on.

I do think she'll show up at PFW, I don't know about Chanel but maybe LV and Miu Miu. Just give me Gemmaaaaaaaaaa.

I agree. And I'd be fine too if she didn't do any more shows for the season either. Her appearance at Prada was definitely the coup of the season from which I am still on a high.

IMG should keep it that way and let her make a proper return next season. Let her come back with all the blue chip campaigns in tow! Now that's how you do a comeback.

she's part of the mactress realm now, though. She's definitely not here to stay. Girls like her, Rosie Huntington, Abbey - the ones who dabble in film and modeling - it'll only be a matter of time before she completely falls off the modeling track and focus completely on acting once she lands a lead role or a breakout role, a la Mila or Diane Kruger.

I'm not sure about that, no model has really succesfully transformed into a very succesful actress. Apart from them featuring in a film here and there. Usually they become succesful actresses if they weren't very succesful models to begin with. Like Charize Theron, Cameron Diaz and Nicole Kidman.

Mila in my opinon has been mildly succesful in acting, she isn't a full blown out movie star appearing in multiple movies every year. Or a household name. And Rosie's feature part in Transformers was terrible. Guess we will see when Mad Max comes with Abbey Lee.

Gemma might prove us wrong but...

Look at Amber Valletta. She's had a successful acting career due to Revenge, and she's still been doing countless editorials, a few campaigns here and made a return on the runway! She's considered a pretty successful actress and still has a place in the fashion industry. Maybe Gemma eventually have what Amber has.

Theres also several successful models that went on to become successful actresses like Grace Jones, Kim Bassinger, Brooke Shields, Rebecca Romjin,Ashton Kutcher, Andie Mcdowell, Famke Jansen and Amber Valetta

I get the feeling that she got back to modeling because her acting career didn´t take off. She had one main role in an indie movie and a few small appearances in big movies but nothing else. She took 6 years off modeling and nothing really happened, did it?
Eventually she might get her big break but in the meantime she needs to work and earn money, doesn´t she? Hopefully she´s back to stay and won´t dissapear completely again.

Surely the raucous reception when she walked the Prada show/all the TBT-FBF instgaram postings by prominent identities in the fashion world such as Edward Enninful and Pat McGrath is a testament how well respected she is.

If Gemma had an ego or was exceptionally difficult, I doubt she would have been welcomed back as she was.
