i just noticed that the photographs are by Karl Largerfield and remeber in her diaries she said Karl gave her a book of a fashion icon that he wanted her do for an upcoming photo shoot. Phew

Those Bazaar pictures DO look like early Gemma, like when she was 15-16. Wow, thanks a lot Avant Garde! It was her old look that got me interested in her in the first place.

It's funny how it doesn't look like Brigitte Bardot's fashion style nor like the fashion style of her character in the film not even in the scenes he chose (except for the picture with her wearing a headband and holding a dog which somehow does remind me of Brigitte Bardot).If it wasn't for the title of the editorial I wouldn't have guessed who she was supposed to represent.Gemma is a bad choice to incarnate Birgitte Bardot, she's too juvenile.

But I like the pictures...
