I mean yes, Gems has a rather wide button-like nose but it's definitely distorted in the picture due to lighting + glasses

I live in Perth, where she grew up, and there's really nothing much to see.
My sister met her a few times at school balls and things back in like 2004/5. She said she was really full of herself, but I think she was just jealous 'cause she was a few inches too short to model.
