I take it you haven't seen too many pictures of Gemma and Lily backstage. They were really good friends and were also in a lot of editorials together. Ahh, memories from their interviews backstage. Their friendship made me fall even more in love with both of them. Such an adorable relationship. I wonder if they are still good friends.
Also, I really don't care. Gemma will always be beautiful to me.

true And the fact that she's really tall does't really help her either since she's taller than most actors.

Her face looks perfect when she comes out of the water. When is the movie gonna be released ? Think I'm going to see this in theaters just for seeing her on big screen

Gemma has yet to get a role to prove her true acting ability. I'm a bit skeptical to be honest. I'm not a big fan of 'model' turned actresses, because they tend to rely on looks to get roles, rather than talent. Maybe I just miss Gemma the model too much.

^ I watched Black Balloon and thought she gave a very nuanced performance in it, personally. She had all of the natural appeal in front of the camera as an actress as she did as a model. Add the fact that she's clearly a very smart young woman and that she's been professionally trained together with her endearing physical appearance... Long story short, I think she can act.

I'm so glad to see Gemma at that movie trailer.
I watched Black Balloon and The Strangers as well and I think she was doing pretty good at it.
I don't know if she's going to be back at high fashion (fashion week,ads,eds,covers..)
probably she will one day however she's doing what she loves the most (acting)!
Despite of her short role at Pirates of Caribbean that's a huge step because everyone knows that film (it's quite famous one)
All famous actors have started with short roles..and to get a main role is a long process...
I bet Gemma will get lot of famous roles after this one.

Lily was with Marilyn for the longest time. She switched to IMG only a short while (maybe 1 or 2 seasons) before Gemma stopped modelling.

I think Amanda Seyfried is overrated as an actress and I would much rather see Gemma in the role. Although my friend did Amanda's costumes for one of her movies and said she was a really nice person, so if Gemma didn't get the role, I'd rather it be Amanda than some snob.
