I just found this, I guess the Magazine was only published for a few years. The Name is "Miss Vogue" but the binding says it´s the German issue for Glamour Magazine.

The Covergirl is an actress, she played Christiana F. in the Biopic "Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo", there are also some nice layouts and an article about Jean Paul Gaultier.
