I had to stare at Adwoa's picture for 10 minutes trying to understand why they would use this as an ad for their product. It would never make me want to buy this perfume, in fact it would have the exact opposite effect.

Sara is clearly the best fit for this, they only needed her.

Agree, look likes a cheap celeb perfume ad. Not in the same line with Armani's classic aesthetic.

True I find it really weird to add Adwoa & Sara to this but I guess they try to reach a young or more large audience

Looks like nail polish. That’s probably why Sara is holding a very big bottle to avoid confusion.

^ I thought it was for nail polish as well. The bottle and Adowa hand placement.

And gosh Adowa is everywhere! It reminds me of Edie a few years back.

One of the most randoms casts I've ever seen and Adwoa really looks out of place here. Just Cate was fine to be honest.

MTE. If you have Cate, why would you want anyone else?

Adwoa as a model is just a big joke.

I generally like Adwoa but her photo is pretty bad.

Sara looks amazing, she could have done this herself, yeah Cate is a big name but bland shot. They forgot to turn up the contrast on the middle shot, the face Adowa is making isn't selling anything and the hand placement does make it look like a nail polish ad.

    All 3 shots look awful.

All I'm getting from this is their marketing team saying it's got to appeal to different people so lets shoot 3 different types of people to attract them. And they ended up with something mediocre, cheap and looking like they're selling nail polish and not a fragrance.

I'm not a fan of Adwoa's, I feel like she's another hype the industry are pushing onto people - a bit like in the days of Agyness Deyn etc...

Same here, none of the shots look good. Cate is either weirdly photoshopped, or disgusted over something in her pic. Adwoa yet again live up to the hype which surrounds her with a single shot. but hey, guess it's the fault of the team on this shoot and not hers. Sara looks vaguely tolerable but it could be better.

One just too garish, and way too much red.

Count me among those who don't get Adwoa's hype. At best, she's a middling model, just kind of blah, meh, whatever. DNA should be congratulated for creating the illusion about her, I guess.

LOOL Just you wait until I work with her and can coax that allure with this beauty... Then you'll finally see the radiance of Adwoa.

Remember that doc on Alexandra and her Vogue? Remember that pathetic segment with Patrick and Lucinda shooting Lineisy? Remember them getting frustrated with her since she couldn’t move the way they wanted, with Lucinda being the more human of the two and started to arrange her body parts as if Lineisy was just prop to be shoved around? That’s what happens when these so-called creatives can't be bothered to make the effort to coach and coax a performance out of models. This is what happens when the people in charge couldn’t care less for their work. It is all their fault. Not the models’.

Why Adwoa gets the blame here when all 3 look just equally awful is the stuff preconceived notions are solidly built on. Nothing works: Not the modelling, not the styling and absolutely not the cheap art direction, which belongs in a discount drugstore chain’s templet of let-them-drink-wine-from-a-box approach.
